EMAIL: How to send an email to all clients with dogs, who have been seen in the last 3 months.

In order to do this, we would need to filter patients who are dogs and have visited you for 3 months (by looking at treatments):

- Open the Mail Merge by going to 'Marketing'->'Mail Merge'

- Click on the 'Patient Treatment' tab

- Under the column heading 'Treatment Date', enter today's date

- Click on the 'Edit filter' button at the bottom of the grid

- Modify the Filter Editor to look as below and click apply:

- Lastly, filter the specie to include only canine animal. Your grid will then look like this:

- You can then create your message for sending by entering a new template name, and clicking on new.

- Select the template to use when sending, type in an email subject and click the email button.
