Error - Emails undelivered, exceeded limit

Q: I have sent out bulk emails to my clients and received a return Error message "Domain example.co.za has exceeded the max emails per hour (112/100) (112%)) allowed. Message will be reattempted later"


A: This specific scenario is more a IT related problem. For example if you are using Gmail / Yahoo email accounts, you cannot send out more than a certain amount of mails at a time. The service provider does not allow this. To prevent this from happening again, please confirm with your email hosting service provider or IT guy what their provisions are. In other words the people who hosts your domain for your email address. In this case you cannot send more than a 100 mails per hour.
