Bulk SMS

How to send BULK SMS: 

Go to MARKETING >> SMS. 

Here you can filter the same way as you would in your reports or with the MAIL MERGE.

The search will be tab specific. Please remember whatever you save and load on one tab will NOT reflect on another as they do not share the same grid filtering. Therefor if you do a search on client information you need to create and save the SMS template on the client information tab. In future this is where you will be able to load this information again.

Define your target market search to whom you would like to send the sms's to by: 

1. adding columns through the column chooser (right click on the column header).
   
2. remove columns by left clicking on the column header and dragging it down into the information area and release.the left click.
3. define column information by clicking on the small white filter icon in the right top corner of the column header.

• either select the options you wish to have listed or
• custom search by specific criteria
  

Next you can personalise your sms message by adding specifics like [title] or [surname].

1. Create your sms - 
2. add personal criteria by double clicking on the detail you would like to add in the "insert table information" area
3. Save it as a template or
4. Load/ use a SAVED TEMPLATE.

SEND MESSAGES

You can monitor all sms that are currently busy being sent out form the "SMS INFO"  screen.

Main >> Practice info >> INFO button in the sms setting block. Here you can also see what is your current sms CREDIT.

Cost per sms is 40cent. Acquiring sms's works on a top-up basis.You can purchase additional sms's by sending an email to support@vetmaster.co.za with the quantity, and proof of EFT.
