If you receive a notification message stating that the action has TIMED OUT, the messages are still being sent.
This error message usually appears when a large batch of SMS messages are being sent out. Your server does not receive an immediate "reply/answer" back from the SMS server due to the large volume of data being sent out and therefor replies with this notification.
You can monitor the messages that are being sent as follow:
Go to the MAIN tab >> PRACTICE INFO >> and click the INFO button in the right bottom corner in the SMS SETTINGS box.
A new window will open with your SMS message history. To the left top you will see your SMS credits counting down as they are being sent.
