How to apply credit / change on a clients account

Q:   We have Clients who like to pay more than the amount due from time to time or add a credit/ deposit to their account.


A:   If you are on an update higher than version 2.1.4.83

You can now chooses it you want this optional settings for your practice. You can adjust the settings for the prompts as follow: 

Go to MAIN >> SETTINGS >> select the tick box " Prompt to apply change to account">> SAVE

NB: This setting is computer specific. Therefor if the is more than one computer, you need to adjust this setting per computer.
